a poem

said you loved my mind,
but called me hysteric.
swore you loved my eyes,
but cursed me narcotic.
said you loved my mouth,
but called me garrulous.
swore you loved my heart,
but called me burdensome.
said you loved my soul,
but called me lacking.
swore you loved my body,
but cursed me succubus.

said i loved your mind,
but called you thick-witted.
swore i loved your eyes,
but cursed you enslaver.
said i loved your mouth,
but called you gluttonous.
swore i loved your heart,
but called you schemer.
said i loved your soul,
but called you drab.
swore i loved your body,
but cursed you villain.

i want to express my heartfelt gratitude to you for taking the time to read my work. it really means the world to me. feel free to clap, comment, and/or highlight; your support is genuinely valued on my end. if you are curious on how
